The facility will have an annual production capacity of 500 tons of high-end hexagonal boron nitride powder and ceramic products, supported by a dedicated CNAS-certified laboratory. Products manufactured include: premium-grade hexagonal boron nitride powder—ranging from micrometer-sized to sub-micrometer-sized particles, as well as specially modified variants—and high-performance boron nitride ceramic products derived from these powders, such as crucibles, insulating components, heat-dissipation substrates, nozzles, and evaporation boats.
The product performance rivals that of international brands, with key metrics such as thermal conductivity, insulation, temperature resistance, chemical inertness, and lubrication reaching globally advanced levels. It can effectively replace imported alternatives and is widely used in high-precision industries like semiconductors, electronics, new energy, aerospace, metallurgy, chemicals, and specialty glass manufacturing.
